Former UB standout Karin Moss enters her first season as the director of basketball operations for the University at Buffalo women’s basketball program in 2017. As director of operations, Moss oversees and coordinates daily operations of the women’s basketball program as well as organizing team travel, coordination of practice operations, and assisting with managing summer camps.

Moss returns to Buffalo after spending a season in England where she played for the first team at the University of Durham while receiving her Master’s degree in supply chain logistics. Moss was able to play another season of basketball while also helping to coach the lower level teams at the University.

As a player, Moss was a key contributor and captain of the Bulls 2015-2016 MAC Championship team. As a vocal leader, Moss closed out her four-year Buffalo career averaging 3.4 points, 1.6 assists and 1.4 steals while playing in 120 career contests in the blue and white. Moss saw action in all 33 games during her senior campaign while averaging 3.2 points, 1.8 assists and 1.6 steals as Buffalo earned their first ever trip to the NCAA Tournament. She ranks fifth in program history with 120 career games played while notching 408 points, 191 rebounds, 187 assists and 163 steals across her successful UB career.

Moss earned her Bachelor’s degree in communications from Buffalo in 2015. The Troy, Michigan native earned her Master’s degree in supply chain logistics in 2016 from the University of Durham.
